What kind of impression do you have of ascension?

Personally, I used to have the impression that when you ascend, your body will shine with light and you will fly away to another world. I am sure that this impression was based on information I heard or read somewhere.

However, in reality, somewhere in my heart, I felt that love was important, and that I lacked that love. That was my motivation for joining Facilitator Ai ‘s Ascension Academy, and becoming a fellow ascension member and family.

Through all the various learning I did, I came to realize that the love that I thought I lacked is the very key to ascension! However, simply saying love is a vague term, so more specifically, it means doing whatever you feel is necessary for the other person, for everyone, for the entire Earth! I came to understand that this is putting love into practice! As a result, I was able to connect with my higher self = my true eternal and higher dimensional self, and I was able to see things from a broader perspective!

This is where it gets even more important. For the first time, I truly, sincerely asked myself, “What is needed and what should I do for the other person, for everyone, for the whole?” When I began to think this way, my higher self was able to connect with my center, and I began to feel a sense of awakening at the center. And then, I wondered, how can we really change the world? How can humanity change? What are the concrete steps to take to put this into practice?

When I began to think about these things, I felt as if something that had been sleeping at the center of me had begun to move! It was as if the “ascension switch” had clearly been flipped!

That was the beginning of my ascension experience, and when I realized that the world can only change through happiness and excitement, I became a happy and excited center and spread happiness, which is why I am happy! I realized this and I became more and more tingly, and more and more of something like a switch was put into my mind. When I truly wished to do something for the world, everything within me started to move, the center of me began to shine like the sun, and I was overflowing with happiness!

So when happiness for all and yourself comes together, I feel that the ascension experience will clearly begin!

I aim to provide education that supports the ascension of children.

What is ascension? As I learned and experienced it at Facilitator Ai ‘s Ascension Academy, I came to understand that it is the evolution of love, the opening of the door of the heart, the door of love, and the resonance of love and heart.

Have you ever wished to know what you truly want to do most, the purpose of your birth? I was once one of those people, and I wanted to know what I really wanted to do most, and why I was born!? I came across the word ascension while searching for it.

And it was after I participated in Facilitator Ai ‘s Ascension Academy that I truly began to realize it. When you open the door of your heart from the inside of yourself and devote yourself to others and to everything, I have repeatedly experienced a warmth in my chest, a sense of excitement, a sense of joy in being alive, and a surge of incredible energy!

And what’s more, I began to realize that when resonance occurs at the center of love with others, it can become a great force for changing reality! That is the energy of the source of life, the source of love, emotion, joy, and excitement. I came to realize that this is something that everyone has at their core.

And even more so, when I experienced a connection with life while scuba diving and taking underwater photographs of sea creatures as part of the Earth Life Hymn Project in Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, I began to feel that the world, the earth, is creating this moment together with all life.

I feel more and more that everything depends on the evolution and resonance of love! At this very moment, I feel that increasing love for all is ascension and is also light work!

I am aiming to become an ascension facilitator.

The ascension I feel begins with, first of all, knowing, remembering, and realizing, “Who am I and why was I born?” And secondly, feeling, “I want to do something about the current state of the world,” and asking, “What can I do?”

And I think everyone feels the desire to make themselves and everyone happy! Happiness comes in many different forms and levels, but right now I feel that “What is ascension!?” is the same as “What is ultimate happiness!?” I am sure this is what everyone feels when they open the door to ascension!

Regarding the experience of ascension, I myself had an intellectual understanding of it from the information I had heard about it, such as “a rise to a higher dimension, a shift to the fifth dimension,” but when my husband asked me what kind of world it would actually be, I answered, “I don’t know.” This was ten years ago.

But now I know. A world where everyone is happier than they are now, just as I am. I can say with confidence that this is ascension. And the ultimate ascension = ultimate happiness is when everyone returns to their original source, the home of their soul. I feel that our consciousness of being connected as one will also return.

As I haven’t been able to go out into nature to resonate with the Earth and the natural world for a while, I would like to grab my camera and go out to resonate with what I love so much!

I haven’t been able to go into nature for a while, so today I went out for picnic to nearby park.

What was different was that the amount of light, its delicacy and strength were on an even greater level than before! I felt that Life and nature are ascending! And on my way home, when I went to water the plants in my own farm, I even felt the power of the soil and that renewal of plants. I felt that if humanity could get rid of electromagnetic waves and the habit of using their heads too much, we could resonate and coexist with Earth and natural world!

I think ascension is about living your life in a truly fulfilling way, living in accordance with the voice of your soul!

Previously, I had a job that I didn’t want to go to every day, but it was rewarding to a certain extent. But I did wonder whether or not I should continue like this. I had no fun, no excitement like I had as a child, but there was nothing else to do. That was what I thought when I was working.

Then I encountered “ascension” at Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, and I encountered the value of “choosing” the way I truly want to live my life = “love,”and everything changed for me 180 degrees! I think the moment I heard the word “ascension,” every cell and DNA in my body began to react. That’s how much power the word “ascension” has to fundamentally change people! = Remembering your true self! In fact, the month after I learned about the concept of “ascension,” I quit my job!

Then, six months later, with the support of an instructor at Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy who is like a brother to me, I was able to move on to the work which I felt my life’s mission=light work as my main job! That is a breadmaking of pesticide-free and natural yeast bread to benefit the mental and physical health of people.

Ascension also changes your personality. In the past, I wasn’t particularly moved, but now I have the opportunity to experience the wonder of life, the beauty, grandeur and subtlety of Earth and the natural world, and I have developed the ability to recognize these things. I feel that my natural and most important human emotion, that of my heart, has been activated!

Ascension is still infinitely vast, but I feel that it is the universe itself. I believe that each person’s experience of ascension is what is currently shaping the ascension as a whole! I feel that enormous movement is beginning to take place towards a New Truly Ascension Earth!

I will continue to move forward with super excitement to an extraordinary level!

“Aiming for a heart as warm as the sun” by K, from Hyogo Prefecture

I run a company in Osaka Prefecture, and am currently reforming the company with the aim of the Love Earth Restoration.

As a beginner in ascension, I am sure all I can share with you is just a tiny fraction of it, but the good thing about learning ascension is that I feel like my heart has become warmer than before I started learning.

When I think why this has come about, I believe it’s because I have felt so much happiness (something that could make me cry!) that gushes forth from the bottom of my heart so many times as I have studied ascension at Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy.

It happens when I think of everyone and the world. When I feel it in the center of my heart, my higher self (which is like a higher consciousness of myself) sends me what everyone and the world needs, and I start to cry feeling it deep in my heart,

That happiness felt like I was resonating with everyone as one, and the happiness of being born and being alive! I feel that every time!

To talk a little more about ascension, there are stages in higher self, and the higher you go, the stronger your feeling for everyone, the world, and even the entire universe! As I work purely, strongly, and with all my thoughts to match with my higher self, I feel like I am connecting with my higher self in more higher.

What is ascension? It may seem a little complicated, but it’s like a system in which your heart becomes warmer like the sun. The sun always sends incredible energy for all life on Earth, and if the sun has consciousness, I think it must have an incredibly pure, large and deep love.

It is often said that ascension is the expansion of consciousness, and when I imagine my heart becoming super warm like the sun, and everyone’s hearts becoming super warm as well, and a world where lives all over the world resonate with each other, it makes me feel super happy!

I would be so happy to learn together with you all, aiming to have a super warm heart like the sun!

I am a traditional craftsman, and I would like to spread Love Earth Restoration from Japan.

What is Ascension?! -- The moment you are bathed in the sunlight, your heart warms and you feel unconditionally happy. I think that is when your heart is fully open. At the same time, it is a happiness that people all over the world and all living things on Earth can feel in common, and I feel bond of life that connects all living things.

On that basis, the joy of being able to be useful to others and the harmony of that compassionate heart spread. And I think it is a spreading of the resonance of love, filled with life energy without anxiety or fear, and becoming one.

Here is my experience of Ascension. Before I joined Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, I had some trouble at work, and my wife’s smile disappeared and she was in a daze. Later, my wife found Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy and decided to join, and after a while, my wife’s heartfelt words “goodbye” and “welcome back” began to ring again!

My closed heart opened, and feelings of forgiveness, acceptance, and compassion were born, leading to a sense of security, smiles, and the resonance of love spreading! The happiness of being able to live a normal life and feel happy.

From there, I was able to turn my attention to people around me and natural world.

What is ascension?!

I think it’s an “expanding consciousness = expanding happiness” from all my experiences I’ve had so far! When my consciousness expands, I become aware of a world (energy) I never knew existed! It is like accumulating emotionally moved experiences!

My experiences of ascension are as follows:

Before I learned about ascension, I had a really small consciousness and lived in my own world. I only wanted the things I liked. For example, people, food, books, and flowers (As far as flowers go, the only thing I was sweet peas. As for food, I only needed Italian cuisine, bread, and sweets.)

Out of the countless things I could only count one or two types...it was a world of “individuals.” (But even so, I thought I was happy)

But then I joined Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, and as I learned about and practiced ascension with many friends, I was able to expand my consciousness little by little!

As I expanded my consciousness from just being an individual to others and the field, I began to experience a world (energy) that I had never known before. Just as there are things that are important to me, there are also things that are important to others.

I begin to value the things that others value in the same way! (It feels like hugging a baby!) I feel a warm, tingly happiness! And as the number of things that were important to me increased, my experiences of happiness also increased!

My ultimate experience was Facilitator Ai’s seminar! When facilitator Ai brought the energy that was needed for that time, that place and those people, it was so emotional that my eyes were watering and my nose was running! I thought, “Wow, there is such an irresistible amount of happy energy in this world!”

From my experience, expanding my consciousness is equal to
= thinking about and being conscious of others and the world
= increasing the energy of happiness!

From now on, I want to share this emotionally moved experience with as many people as possible!

What is ascension? It is to become oneness with people all over the world, and all be smiles and love. It’s what everyone is aiming for.

To tell you about my ascension experience, I met Facilitator Ai when I was 3 years old. I felt Facilitator Ai’s love and I remembered why I was born. It is to make the universe a planet of love. Since I remembered, I have felt love and spread it.

For example, first smile, think about how you can make everyone smile, and act for everyone, and always include everyone within yourself. And then I see how everyone turns out. I want to continue doing this for everyone, and create a world where everyone gets along and smiles.

I am now aiming to become an Ascension Fitness Instructor for parents and children!

Until very recently, I had an image of Ascension as something sublime, another dimension, spiritual, a glittering, shining world... something like that - it was not something down-to-earth and could be realized, something like a dreamy fantasy.

But after learning at Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, I think it is about focusing my thoughts and consciousness on what I want to create, such as the Earth where I want to live forever and the future which I want to leave for my children.

Just as energetic people attract other energetic people (birds of a feather flock together), we want to make our beloved Earth a happy Earth filled with love! And I want to make our children’s futures even happier, much, much happier!

I am now surrounded by many people who feel the same way, and who are working with me to create that reality! (Just having met these people makes me so happy!)

And while everyone has the desire for ascension, I think we remember it when our hearts get focused on ascension, and then connected with our friends and our higher selves (our higher, true selves).

When that focus is off or you are out of focus, you don’t understand why you were born, you search for your dreams, you work hard at things you don’t really want to do, you feel disconnected from everyone, and you feel all alone.

But that focus can only be changed by you to where you want to focus (where you want to live) anytime! You can do the things you really want to do and connect with the places you want to be, and it’s up to you to do it! I’ve come to realize that it’s solely my choice!

I still have a long way to go, but together with all my beloved people, for the sake of our beloved Earth and our beloved children, I want to keep my focus firmly on the present and live my life!

I think ascension is the energy of love that everyone can have by resonating with others, even children and adults! I think it is about raising your life energy firmly to the center of love, resonating with everyone, and raising the overall energy!

My experience of ascension was when I was learning about ascension with other children. I practiced it myself and with everyone to increase the positive energy on Earth.

I thought it was amazing that we could express the energy that everyone was feeling through words and pictures at that time! At that moment, I felt like an energy at the center of everyone’s love had increased!

What is ascension? Living as my true self. So, what is my true self? We are the one who remembers the purpose for which we were born on this Earth and is excited to act on that purpose! When we do this, the resonance of love with everything begins!

Now I can say this with pride, but my ascension experience was exactly like a story that sounds like a lie but is true. It happened in my life.

In 2012, before I encountered ascension, I was in the “biggest depression of my life!” What should I work hard to do from now on? What was I doing wrong up until now? What will happen to my life from now on... Looking back now, I was only paying attention to the world around me and living my life with a very narrow perspective.

When I was feeling like this, I came across a word “Ascension” and Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy by a mysterious coincidence.

As I learned about ascension, I learned that everything has energy and everything is “love”. (I am still learning.) When I hear the word “love”, I feel very embarrassed and resisted at first, but “love” is the root of everything!

It is a wonderful feeling, like another sensation has been added to my physical senses. This sensation is not just something from the spiritual world, but something you can actually feel and experience with your own body. It is very enjoyable because I can actually experience it!

Everyone has a role to play, so I’ll do my best today so that everyone can play their role to the best of their ability and have a fun time on this Earth!

“To make the Earth a Planet of Love” by I, from Wakayama Prefecture

I run a company in Wakayama Prefecture, and while studying ascension, I am working on reforming my company with the aim of the Love Earth Restoration.

What does ascension mean to me? To become the original Earth, to become my original self.
To remember our original purpose. To love each other, become one, and expand love.
To make the Earth a planet of love.

My experiences of ascension so far are as follows:
Since I was a child, I have grown up with some doubts about the world today. In this life, I’m sure there will be some kind of breakthrough! For some reason, I was quite confident about this. Finding a breakthrough. I think that meant finding “something” in the life that I felt was “missing” at the time.

Then one day, I heard a word that I had never heard before in my life. That was ascension! The moment I heard this word, it was as if every cell in my body became active!

From then on, I researched information about ascension, day and night, even during my breaks at work. But for some reason, none of the articles I found resonated with me...Why was that, even though I was curious about ascension? --But I soon found the answer.

The reason it didn’t resonate with me was because most of the information said, “Ascension is coming (will happen).” I had a question on this point. What was that question at all!? Will love and happiness just come to me without doing anything!?

The answer I was hoping for was this:
“Ascension is something you make happen!” I had finally found what I was looking for in the long history of the universe. I realized that it was something I had been pursuing for a long, long time. And from that point on, I began to earnestly learn about and experience ascension.

There are an infinite number of ways to describe ascension, but one way to be said is returning to your true self. I am a man in my late thirties, and have undergone compulsory education, worked as a member of society, and have come to the present day.

What does it mean to return to my true self?! It means that the more I ascend, the more my previous thoughts, blocks, and preconceptions gradually disappear. At the same time, I realize that these fixed ideas were things that had been planted in me up until now, and the more they disappear, the purer I become. The pure self is my true self, without any lies or deceptions.

My true self is so full of love. They say that when all unnecessary things are gone, only necessary things remain, but the more unnecessary things are removed and I become purer, the only thing that remains is love. I thought that in other words, I was remembering my true self.

And that love is essence. Ascension is deep, and there are many different expressions for it, but no matter which expression you use, the core is love. I think this is the core of what remains unchanged.

And then, let us make ascension happen! I want to make original Earth, nature, my loved ones, and all other beings much happier. This was something I had deep in my heart, and I remembered it through ascension, and it became my purpose!

And I am not alone. I have love and bonds with many friends.
Let’s be moved and love each other, and together with all friends, let’s make Earth a planet of love!
I will continue to work towards that goal.

●Where do humans come from and where are they heading for?

Currently, I am studying at Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy, and I am also working on interior design that is in harmony with Earth, building shrines with sacred trees, and woodworking.

Where do souls come from and where are they heading? And what is ascension?

---Everything I see is love. Everything I hear is love. Everything I feel is love. I am everything. Everything is me. I am in everything, and everything is in me. Everything is lovable. Everything shines for people, nature, Earth, and the universe. The resonance of life that gives life to each other.

The galaxy, solar system, sun, moon, Earth, nature, and people in the universe. Everything lives and is lived in a grand rhythm. I think that we are about to deviate greatly from that rhythm now!

Just imagine! You love someone so much you can’t help but think of someone (love someone) all the time, and your heart flutters like when you first fell in love. And when that feeling (love) expands from one person to a hundred people, and then your love for all living things expands...

You will discover the wonderful you who gives love to everything you see and everything you feel. And receiving the great, great love that is given to you by those around you is not like a dream or something difficult. Because people can change of their own volition.

I used to spend half a century thinking, “A man has a hundred enemies when he steps out of the house”, but after learning about ascension and continuing to choose “love” of my own volition, I discovered a world that was completely different from what I had known before.

The emotions of anxiety, fear, anger, etc. that I had felt so frequently until now have disappeared, and only the joy of loving, the joy of being loved, and happiness came to exist.

“There is such a wonderful way to live! “ I discovered and felt my true self, my natural self, and the joy of living! If I, who was embarrassed to even say the word “love,” was able to change, I believe anyone can change.

Of course! You can too!

All you have to do is let go of all the common sense (consciousness) you have created within yourself until now (influenced by the world around you) and be your true, pure (as you were born) self, as a part of everything, with yourself as zero and your consciousness constantly focused on love for the other person 1000%, and decide to live at the frequency of love, and start with you!

If you shine with love and light, the people around you will begin to shine too!
The joy of loving, the joy of being loved, the joy of each other bringing life to life.
I am convinced that a world filled with love is created by the consciousness (will of love) of each individual.

And what kind of Earth do we want to create in the future? What kind of future do we want to leave behind?
I believe it all comes down to each and every one of our thoughts and wishes = love = will.

●Opening the door to ascension

I had no interest in spiritual matters to begin with, didn’t trust anything unseen, and spent my days in a hyper-realistic competitive society far from love. But then I wanted to know the true nature of ascension, so I joined Facilitator Ai’s Ascension Academy and began my learning.

At first, I didn’t understand anything about ascension, and although I understood what they were saying, “Love is very important!”, I was trying to understand ascension with my brain, thinking, “You can’t make a living on love!”

●Ascension can only be experienced!

As I move from understanding it with my brain to practicing being only with love (the center of myself = heart)!, I experienced that even the same things that occur frequently in daily life have completely different results (scenery) that are brought about (created) around us when love (the center) is chosen and when it is not (of course, when you choose love, a peaceful world spreads!).

I learned from this experience that at every moment, people live in an environment (world) that they (consciousness) choose, and that everything is their own choice = it is a world that they create themselves.

●The happiness of loving something

Until now, I thought that being loved was happiness, but giving love at any time, in any place, is an incomparably happier thing, and it makes my heart flutter, like I’m in first love forever! And the bigger the scale of that love, the happier I feel, the more my heart flutters, and my heart feels like it’s going to explode!

Please feel it! The person you love so much, so much, goes from one person to 100 people, to 1,000 people...! And you are moved by everything you see and feel, such as small flowers blooming by the roadside, the sounds of birds, animals, sea creatures, and the wind.

I believe that a symphony of love, a resonance of life, and its brilliance are resonating with you every single moment because you continue to give and receive love!

Please give it a try! Your active love, and the true joy of loving!

●Ascension = Lightwork

Lightwork is the work of light (higher level).

I have written that ascension = evolution of consciousness = expansion of love, and is also the meaning and purpose of each individual and all existence, but how can we expand love!?

I don’t think love will evolve or expand if you just keep thinking about it inside yourself...
I’ve learned that love only exists when there is a partner. The other person comes first.

Live (devote) all your love for the evolution and growth of the other person as a whole!
This is never a victim mentality, but just as each of the 60 trillion cells selflessly creates you (the vessel), you exist as a part of the whole, forming the universe as one cell of it, and your meaning and purpose (mission) continue to move toward the ascension of the whole with joy and excitement!
I think that density and scale lead to an evolution of love.

And now that you know this, it is up to you to continue to show that side of yourself and spread it to people you have yet to meet! I think the expansion of love to the whole is light work and ascension in itself.

Don’t worry! First of all, you just need to start with what is right in front of you. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so it’s important to take (decide to) a big step.

Don’t be influenced by your surroundings. All you need is a strong will to decide where you want to go and how you want to live. And you can say that true ascension starts when you become one with your true self - your soul - and live with fifth-dimensional vibrations.

What is the fifth dimension? I have learned that it is the vibrations of the innocent child, full of excitement and positivity at full throttle. Remember that and start by letting go of all the common sense you have cultivated until now!

And think, feel and act from your heart - your center!
The GATE of the heart OPEN!

However, aiming for ascension on this Earth is not a superficial idea.
It is important to be firmly rooted (feet planted) on the ground, and strong willpower is essential.
We have learned that grounding = ascension.

It is said that we are now in the final stage of ascension!

While there are many sad events due to the coronavirus and natural disasters, I feel that the human race on Earth is facing one thing, helping each other, expressing gratitude to medical workers, the way the economy works is undergoing major transformation, and our values about life are beginning to change. As Earth becomes ONE TEAM, I feel that this is a great opportunity for us to move towards ascension. (Just as positive movement also leads to negative movement, the opposite movement also occurs, but we just need to increase the positive.)

Various books have written that Earth will perish when the evolution of science surpasses human heart (love), and looking at the ruins of past, I think that the perishing of more developed (advanced) civilizations around the world have would be imminent!

Now the time has come! It is time for each and every person to make their true final decision!
Right now, I want to tell as many people as possible! I can’t help but tell them!
There is definitely a light work that only you can do!

I believe that all people are equally part of a grand plan that came to Earth from the one love,
the source of life, far beyond dimensions and time and space!
